Hi! I am Nadya! 

Your accountability wellness coach!

I used to be absolutely self-conscious, unconfident, and riddled with self-doubt, always putting everyone else first. Sound familiar? I was constantly drained, overwhelmed, and felt like I was running in a hamster wheel, never getting ahead. I know how it feels to believe you just can't succeed, to feel like a failure.

Several years ago, I had a pivotal moment—some might say I hit rock bottom—and realized that enough was enough. Prioritizing my own health wasn't selfish; it was essential. It was the key to unlocking energy, vitality, and creativity within my own body, and ultimately, in my life.

By finally giving myself permission to prioritize self-care and build sustainable habits, one 'baby step' at a time, I discovered 20 non-negotiable health habits that make the biggest difference in transforming wellness. These habits eventually became The Wellness Vortex. I began to truly transform my life, reclaiming my personal, financial, and business independence.

I learned to level up my wellness by focusing on the quality of my non-negotiable habits. The habits I was already doing, I just needed to refine. Upleveling the quality of these non-negotiables uplevels the quality of my lifestyle, and ultimately, my life. Now, I want to share that knowledge with you. That's why I created The Wellness Vortex Model—to guide you in breaking free from the cycle of overwhelm and level up your wellness on your terms.
